Neil Smith

Neil Smith took up the study of the guitar in 1966. He studied in London with the eminent composer John Duarte and with Julian Byzantine. Recently he visited Canada to study with Alirio Díaz and attend master classes given by Oscar Gighlia, Leo Brouwer and Carlos Barbosa-Lima. Neil has given many recitals and made numerous radio and television broadcasts both in this country and abroad. His recitals have received excellent reviews.
